Hey errrbody! It’s that time of the year again where you make resolutions that sound pretty in a list, impress people, and become forgotten by the end of the month!
kidding. I’ve promised myself to follow through with a couple of things because some habits got to change or otherwise I’m going to kill myself a little faster.
1. No consumption of chips (the actual potato is okay to eat though and tortilla bread). Now you know what kind of chips I enjoy..
2. No binge eating!
3. No munching on snacks or food-related items after EIGHT THIRTY PM but consumption of liquid-like items are acceptable
4. No more soda until Spring break! :/
5. Aim to burn calories twice a week by doing cardio exercises in 30-minute sessions (I aim to look like Jessica Alba. haha)
6. Practice with meaning and not just for time fillers (heh)
7. Save up for a Domo and Mashimaro plushie
I think this is all. I pray I keep these resolutions at least till the end of this semester..
